At Demon United, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best protection for your ride. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
